From Richmond/Peninsula/Williamsburg:
Follow I-64 through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Once you reach Norfolk, take the second exit (exit #273) which is for 4th View Street. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right followed immediately by a left onto Rippard. Continue along Rippard with Navy housing and Naval Station Norfolk on your right. At the end of this road, turn right onto 1st View Street. Follow 1st View to the traffic light where you will turn right onto Bay Avenue. Gate 4 will be directly in front of you. Once you enter Gate 4 you will be on Bellinger Boulevard. Continue on Bellinger to the first traffic light which is at Fifth Avenue. Turn right on Fifth Avenue and proceed two blocks to A Street. Turn left on A Street and continue to the transition area.
Follow I-64 until you get to the exit for Bay Avenue/Naval Air Station (exit #274). Take the Bay Avenue exit and follow it through Gate 4. Once you enter Gate 4 you will be on Bellinger Boulevard. Continue on Bellinger to the first traffic light which is at Fifth Avenue. Turn right on Fifth Avenue and proceed two blocks to A Street. Turn left on A Street and continue to the transition area.
Head south on Hampton Boulevard to Terminal Blvd. Turn left on Terminal Blvd. and head toward I-64. Get in your right lane and take the I-64 West/Granby Street exit. Once on the exit ramp, get in the left lane and take the flyover onto I-64 West. Follow I-64 until you get to the exit for Bay Avenue/Naval Air Station (exit #274). Take the Bay Avenue exit and follow it through Gate 4. Once you enter Gate 4 you will be on Bellinger Boulevard. Continue on Bellinger to the first traffic light which is at Fifth Avenue. Turn right on Fifth Avenue and proceed two blocks to A Street. Turn left on A Street and continue to the transition area.
